AviMax transit
The multi-level system for hygienic, efficient and successful broiler fattening
AviMax Transit is an innovative system of manure belt developed by Big Dutchman for broiler fattening. It has been designed to guarantee hygienic management conditions and maximum profitability, which translates into:
Healthy and uniform birds: Higher growth rate, excellent feed conversion and the possibility of producing up to one additional batch per year.
Space optimization: Housing densities two to four times higher compared to floor production, which allows a significantly higher use of the surface of the barn and a reduction in the energy costs of heating and/or cooling.
Biosecurity: Simple cleaning and disinfection processes at the end of each batch.
Automated exit logistics: Automatic transport of the chickens ready for slaughter to the outside of the barn; this optimizes times, reduces operating costs and guarantees ideal conditions for loading containers bound for the processing plant (slaughterhouse).

Low system height: Thanks to its innovative pivoting floors patented.
Flexible and soft plastic floors: They keep the birds' legs clean and guarantee ideal hygienic conditions.
Integral folding front: It opens with complete simplicity, facilitating access to the bird area for inspections, as well as to speed up the maneuvers of reception and removal (depopulation).
Adjustable lighting (dimmable): Ideal light in all compartments through the use of lamps FlexLED of low energy consumption.
- Optimized ventilation: A height of 500 mm in the bird area, together with the side grilles, allows an optimal air exchange throughout the barn.
- High durability: All wire parts have a coating of zinc-aluminum, which provides excellent protection against corrosion and a long service life.
- Efficient depopulation: The easy-to-operate pivoting floors allow the broilers to be removed quickly and without complications.
- Emission control: Daily removal of the poultry manure to minimize the ammonia levels inside the barn.
- Maximum hygiene and savings: Simple cleaning and disinfection of the entire system; this eliminates the costs of bedding (shavings/straw) and reduces labor requirements.
