Ideal chain feeding method for roosters only in broiler breeder management
MaleChain is a novelty from Big Dutchman, for which we have applied for an international patent. In broiler breeder management, independent feeding for roosters is an important requirement for greater fertilization success and good chick quality. Only if rooster feeding is independent of hen feeding can a specially adapted feed be used in the right amount.
MaleChain consists of a complete chain circuit in a single feeder. In addition, the corners and the feeder have a new construction, so that a highly space-saving feeding system in the form of a feeding line has been obtained. A well-thought-out system in which a lot of know-how is hidden. As a feed transport method, our star feeding chain serves: Challenger. This new feeding system is of flexible assembly. It can be installed floor-supported or suspended.

- The chain contributes to the natural friction of the roosters' beaks → ideal for roosters with untreated beaks;
- easy inspection of birds during feeding;
- the feed quickly reaches the entire barn because the feeding chain distributes it from the hopper in both directions → less stress for the roosters;
- space-saving installation → the chain circuit is located in only one feeder;
- it is adjusted in height so that the hens do not access the feed;
- suitable for all usual barn lengths → the hopper can be installed at the beginning or in the center of the feeding line;
- the open feeder facilitates cleaning;
