The technical equipment in modern poultry and pig barns is continuously increasing. This means that both the feed and water supply and climate control are increasingly automated. Therefore, it is essential to install technical control and warning devices to be able to react immediately to anomalies and guarantee effective damage prevention.
Specifically, the AC Touch alarm device sets absolutely new standards in terms of functionality and safety requirements.
AC Touch
for the highest safety requirements
The AC Touch alarm system provides access to a new generation of alarm systems. Instead of a password, the system is accessed with a fingerprint scanner that unequivocally attributes to the corresponding person all setting changes and alarm acknowledgment confirmations. This can be an advantage on farms with several employees.
In addition, operation via a 10- or 7-inch color screen is clear and simple. All alarm inputs and functions can be easily read and processed. It is also important that all alarms and measures are stored in a non-deletable “black box”.
- 10 analog or digital alarm inputs, e.g. temperature alarm, fire alarm, motor failure;
- each input is protected against cable break or short circuit;
- 10 relay outputs → for active connection of emergency fans or MultiStep groups depending on temperature limits or alarm warnings;
- possible expansion boxes for alarm inputs and relay outputs in groups of 10;
- temperature control with the help of preconfigured or individually adjusted thermal profiles;
- the temperature control records both sudden temperature changes and exceeding or falling short of certain absolute values, taking into account the current outdoor temperature;
- secure fingerprint identification of up to 20 users with different access levels;
- alarms can be assigned to different telephone numbers, according to attributions;
- there is the possibility of silencing less important alarms during the night;
- display of trajectories of all inputs from the last 60 days;
- at least one year of non-deletable alarm storage;
- phase failure controller (optional) → warns of voltage failures;
- backup battery with status monitoring;
- automated alarm tests;
- reminder function for permanently deactivated inputs;
- built-in microphone for recording alarm warnings.

When you work with our BFN Fusion or BigFarmNet management systems, you receive alarms from all applications with incoming notifications on your smartphone. This way you are always informed, wherever you are.
You can react quickly and prevent the situation from worsening. By remote control you can consult and control AC Touch directly.
AC 3-T alarm device
safe, robust and easy to operate
The AC 3-T system is characterized above all by its large long-lasting battery, in addition to its functionality. In regions with frequent power outages, this is an important measure to ensure operation.
The AC 3-T system is composed of 2 housings, so the operating unit requires little space for installation in a door of the connection cabinet. The second housing for the battery and phase control (optional) can be mounted in the connection cabinet. All important functions are clearly arranged and easily operated. In addition, the battery housing has ventilation. AC 3-T works completely independently, so it does NOT communicate with our BFN Fusion or BigFarmNet farm management systems.
- individual adjustment of min-max temperature alarms → when the upper or lower limit of the set values is exceeded, the alarm is activated;
- 2 warning inputs → one for the climate and production computer and another for the phase controller, such as the motor protection switch of the control cabinet;
- 3 different backup thermostats →turn on selected fan levels, e.g. if the climate controller fails;
- active battery monitoring → every 2 minutes the battery charge level is monitored;
- after a power outage, the contacts of the backup relays remain on for up to 6 hours;
- with the key on the device, the alarm can be deactivated until the fault is repaired;
- integrated test and reminder function →allows the alarm system to periodically warn to remind the farmer to correct the min./max. temperature values according to the age of the animals
