The first NH3 sensor for the continuous measurement of ammonia concentration in the barn air
DOL 53 is an NH3 electrochemical, long-term stable, developed by the Dräger company. It is robust, very accurate and especially suitable for use in barns for animal management. The Big Dutchman group is the first and only barn equipment company to offer this sensor. The DOL 53 sensor allows continuous monitoring of the ammonia concentration in the barn air and, according to the results, the barn's environmental control is carried out.
Our ViperTouch and 307pro climate computers are prepared to receive the data supplied by the sensor, process it and regulate the barn environment based on the results. In addition, there is the possibility of recording the data with an AC Touch alarm device and analyzing it with BigFarmNet.
