Wall fans with high air performance and low power consumption
The AirMaster series fans have been part of Big Dutchman's product range for more than 40 years. They are the essence of many ventilation systems and customers all over the world use them. Our AirMaster fans are characterized by:

AirMaster 130 / 130C
By its air performance, the AirMaster 130 is the smallest AirMaster fan. Like any AirMaster, it is installed mainly on the barn gable and can also be supplied with a cone. The metal housing has a durable zinc-aluminum coating.
The specially designed blades are made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic. The air-guiding grooves on each blade allow greater air throughput with low resistance and therefore lower energy consumption. The shutter opens with the airflow and stays open without losses thanks to the special balance of its design.
When the fan stops, the shutter closes automatically and locks magnetically. The pulley is made of aluminum and is manufactured in one piece together with the rotation center using die casting. The belt is pre-tensioned, so a belt tensioner is unnecessary.

AirMaster 140 / 140C
The AirMaster 140 is characterized by high air performance, especially at high back pressure. Therefore it is installed mainly in barns with tunnel-mode ventilation where, due to the barn equipment, air cannot circulate as freely, resulting in high back pressure.
In terms of material quality, aerodynamics and processing, the AirMaster 140 meets the same high requirements as the AirMaster 130 and also has the following qualities:
- firmer blades
- firmer belt pulley
- firmer assembly between the rotation center and the six blades
- use of powerful IE3 2.0 HP motors (high energy efficiency) according to the ecodesign directive

AirMaster Flex 140C
The AirMaster Flex 140C, with cone, is a fan that unites the best of two worlds. On the one hand, high-quality, high-performance IE3 motors driven by a V-belt are used, which are universal, available for all types of power supply.
On the other hand, the housing and cone are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant synthetic material. The optimized aerodynamic design of the suction cone ensures that the air leaving the barn can flow without swirling, which implies high air performance with low energy consumption.
The motorized, well-insulated closing flap is extremely airtight, making it perfectly suitable for cold seasons. In addition, an emergency opening can be connected. With a cone diameter of 1750 mm, the AirMaster Flex 140C fan is the largest that Big Dutchman offers.

AirMaster Blue 140C
New in the product range are our AirMaster fans of the Blue series. They belong to the next generation of fans and are characterized by a directly driven, variable-speed motor. Five outstanding features define the AirMaster Blue 140C:

- optimized aerodynamic design

The AirMaster Blue 140C has the same dimensions as the AirMaster Flex 140C.

AirMaster Blue 130 / 130C
The AirMaster Blue 130 has the same dimensions as the AirMaster 130 and is therefore suitable for retrofits. Especially if a variable-speed fan from 0 to 100% is to be used, making it very low consumption.
Its use is also especially recommended in pig barns, since it is resistant to ammonia and thus to corrosion. Our AirMaster Blue 130 is available with or without a cone. The most outstanding feature of this fan is its newly developed motorized closing flap.

LameliaBrown y LameliaBlack
Perfect light-blocking screens for our entire AirMaster series
The new light-blocking screen developed by Big Dutchman, Lamelia, is available in two variants. LameliaBrown, with a light reduction factor of 6,000:1, is especially suitable for use in layer and broiler barns. LameliaBlack, with a notably higher light reduction factor of 7,100,000:1, is the ideal light screen above all for breeder barns.
Key advantages:
- LameliaBrown notably reduces light incidence and LameliaBlack prevents it almost entirely;
- LameliaBrown in particular minimally reduces air performance;
- the screen's slats are made of high-quality plastic material, have a long service life and are easy to clean;
- the time spent on assembly is reduced by using the integrated spacers.
Axial fans
excellent controllability, low power consumption
Axial fans are suitable for wall installation, especially in small barns with cross ventilation. The housing has an aerodynamic shape and is made of stable plastic or corrosion-protected metal. The blades are made with a profiled aluminum die casting and are characterized by a particularly high degree of effectiveness.
Depending on the blade shape, a distinction is made between FC, FF and FN fans. The serrated blades of the FF and FN fans are inspired by the wings of an owl and its silent flight (bionics). As a result, these fans save more energy, are more pressure-resistant and quieter.
