Manure belt system for layer hens

Technical accessories with high efficiency
Extensive research has proven it: Thanks to our special floor mesh suspension, the base of the UniVent cage is so elastic that the eggs roll quickly, but gently, toward the egg channel. The risk of cracked or dirty eggs is reduced to a minimum.
The EggSaver slows down the eggs before they leave the cage and reach the longitudinal egg belt. To achieve this, a thin wire is installed in front of the longitudinal belt, which rises and falls at intervals during the laying period. The result is very good egg quality.

- high degree of operational safety of all supply and removal installations (feed, water, egg belts, manure removal);

- problem-free assembly of 3 to 12 tiers with intermediate roofs;
- the entire cage front opens easily as a sliding door → entry and exit in a way suitable for the birds;
- the OptiCoat coating guarantees high corrosion protection and a long service life of the system;
- the inclination of the floor mesh with a mesh width of 1"x1.5" is only 12% or 7°, and the mesh rests on tension wires → optimal egg quality;
- the ventilation for the manure belt (option) achieves optimal manure drying, a low level of ammonia emissions in the barn and dry manure, easy to spread and stable for storage.
