Automatic manure belt control
The use of manure belts in poultry barns reduces ammonia emissions and thereby improves the barn environment and animal health. For this reason, manure removal intervals should be kept as short as possible. Until now, what happens is that the manure belts must be observed and readjusted by specialized personnel during operation. This is the reason why frequent manure removal is often dispensed with.
With the AMBA automatic manure belt control, Big Dutchman offers here a solution with which you will save time and have the certainty that it works without disturbances. With the help of the light sensors, located on the left and right sides of the drive unit, the operation of the manure belts is observed. If the belt goes crooked, the sensors send a signal to the AMBA motor. This automatically corrects and prevents the belts from derailing.
