feed dosing by volume
The EcoMaticpro works with volumetric control. You only need to specify the volume of each component once. It offers the possibility of preparing an individual feed recipe for each valve. The EcoMaticpro requires no mixer, distribution unit or feed kitchen. It is an economical system, especially suitable for large herds. Control is carried out with the 510 controller.
Key advantages:
- an individual mix can be made per valve;
- multiphase feeding can easily be carried out at each feeding valve →age-appropriate feeding, savings in feed costs;
- can be extended to sensor feeding (optional) → in this case, each feed container has a sensor that tells the computer whether the container is empty at the start of feeding;
- automatic recording of feed consumption per pen or per compartment;
- ad-lib subcircuits as a cost-optimised feeding method.
