With OptiPress 400 and 780 we offer you two highly reliable and mobile screw-press separators. They stand out above all for their high-quality material, low wear and long service life.
With OptiPress 400 and 780, solids can be separated from the substrate reliably and quickly. The separated solids have a dry-matter content of 25 to 30% and can be used, for example, as a low-odour, easy-to-spread fertilizer, or processed into pellets.
In the liquid phase only half the dry matter remains compared with the initial material, and it can be spread on the fields as a valuable liquid fertilizer. It therefore allows fertilization better matched to the required nutrients. Storage is also simpler, since no homogenization is needed.
