These include elevators, up-and-down systems, inclined, curved or rod conveyors and also motorized tables and manual collection tables.

EggSmart

EggSmart is an elevator developed by Big Dutchman, which carefully transports the eggs from the longitudinal belts to the transverse one, passing through the elevator chain. It is characterized above all by its lower space requirement. The eggs from the longitudinal belt are first transferred to a very short rod conveyor. From there, they are distributed across the entire width of the elevator chain with the help of deflectors, without further devices.

The transfer of the eggs from the patented elevator chain to the transverse belt takes place through Big Dutchman's efficient transfer unit.

EggCellent

The EggCellent elevator, developed by Big Dutchman, stands out for the high collection performance and the lower need for adjustments. Logically, the safe transport of the eggs remains important.

To achieve this, in a first step, the eggs are transferred from the longitudinal belt to a rod conveyor. Then, the eggs are distributed across the entire width of the elevator chain with deflectors, without other devices. To adapt the transport to the laying performance, the egg belts and the elevator chains are driven separately.
