Proven-effectiveness feed pans for broiler fattening

FLUXX is a feed pan developed by Big Dutchman for broiler fattening. It covers both the requirements of day-old chicks and those of the heavier animals at the end of fattening.

The innovative 360° filling mechanism ensures a high feed level in the pan during the first days − and that without extra workload.

As desired, FLUXX is available in different variants:

Pan diameter: 330 or 360 mm
FLUXX 330 with 5 or 14 grid arms
FLUXX 360 with 8 or 16 grid arms
With deep tray or shallow compartmentalized tray
FLUXX 330 with overflow mechanism

iDOL 29

the feed sensor with light, for the control pan

Our intelligent iDOL 29 feed sensor records, as always, the feed level in the second-to-last feed pan. What is new and very advantageous is the integrated lighting. This ensures that the animals always eat the feed from the control pan until it is empty, and ensures the feed refill for the entire AugerMatic line.

The iDOL 29 is attached to the translucent inner cylinder, thus avoiding additional assembly effort. The sensor adjustment, for example its sensitivity, delay or timer function, can be done easily with a mobile phone app. This is possible thanks to the NFC chip integrated in the smartphone, which can read the iDOL 29 data.
