The DryExactpro works with a 70-litre weighing mixer. It offers the possibility of preparing an individual feed recipe at each valve, with optimal and exact mixing quality. Control is carried out with the 510 controller.
Key advantages:
- an individual mix can be made per valve;
- multiphase feeding can easily be carried out at each feeding valve →age-appropriate feeding, savings in feed costs;
- can be extended to sensor feeding (optional) → in this case, each feed container has a sensor that tells the computer whether the container is empty at the start of feeding;
- automatic recording of feed consumption per pen or per compartment;
- ad-lib subcircuits as a cost-optimised feeding method.
