In our product range we have, under the name NATURA, different aviary systems that focus on animal welfare without forgetting functionality and efficiency. In our aviaries, the layer hens orient themselves easily, can develop their natural behaviors and lay their eggs in a perfectly adapted nest.
NATURA Step and NATURA Step XL are multifunctional. For floor as well as free-range management, conventional or organic, small or large barn – with our NATURA-Step aviaries you always have the right design for successful and animal-friendly egg production.
Important features of NATURA Step and Step XL
- tiers of different widths give a stepped structure → the birds can easily reach all functional areas, especially the tier integrated with nests;
- good access to the aviary and the nest for people and animals → easy nest control;
- nest acceptance increases with the nipple drinkers right in front;
- by combining nest and aisle sections, the area with nests can be perfectly adapted to the stocking density;
- the rear wall can be unhooked at the nest entrance → this allows a thorough cleaning of the nest after each batch;
- automatic collection of stray eggs (option);
- the large usable area available facilitates good use of the barn; especially with NATURA Step XL;
- thanks to the two manure belt levels, most of the manure is evacuated from the barn → less ammonia content in the barn air, better hygienic conditions;
- full operation also with a single row;
- the entire basic surface of the barn is used as a scratching area;
- it can be supplied with air duct, optionally.
