SuperTripleDeck is a three-tier battery developed by Big Dutchman for layer hens. It is characterized by a long service life, high functionality and the best conditions for people and animals. Its suitability in tropical climates and optimal use with natural ventilation have been especially valued.
According to the wishes of our customers and to facilitate the start in modern egg production, Big Dutchman offers this system in three extension levels and in different variants – manual and automatic. Subsequent expansion or retrofitting can be done without problems.
Key advantages:
- suitable in tropical climates due to high-quality zinc and aluminum coating throughout the system → 3 to 4 times greater corrosion protection than galvanized wire;
- open system design → without barriers between tiers, the air can circulate unhindered;
- the entire cage front can be easily opened as a sliding door → easy entry and exit of birds;
- deep feeder with inner edge → minimal feed waste;
- walkable feeder → optimal for control purposes;
- the floor mesh rests on wire arches → good stability with high flexibility and thus high egg quality;
- height-adjustable legs → optimal longitudinal alignment of the system.
