Grid-free feed pan for successful broiler fattening
Vista 360 is one of the feed pans developed by Big Dutchman for broiler fattening.
It covers both the requirements of day-old chicks and those of the heavier animals at the end of fattening.
The following points are decisive for success in rearing and fattening:
- easy access to feed at all ages
- reduced feed losses
- no breast bruising at the end of fattening
- simple deep cleaning
Vista 360 can be supplied with an optional tilting mechanism. The feeder line can be easily tilted more than 90° for cleaning.
Key advantages:
- The innovative 360° filling mechanism ensures a high feed level in the tray →optimal start for day-old chicks;
- When raising the feeder line, the filling mechanism closes automatically → feed level decreases, feed losses are reduced to a minimum;
- Without grid → unlimited access to feed at all ages;
- The smooth pan edge, rounded inward, prevents breast bruising at the end of fattening;
- Use of high-quality, UV-resistant plastic;
- The pan can be deep cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner.
